If CrawlX isn’t right for you, we offer a full refund on your first subscription payment within 14 days of purchase. No questionnaires, no hoops.
How to request a refund
Email info@crawlx.ai from the address on your account with the subject “Refund request”, or use the help link in your Paddle receipt. Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally not refundable, since you can cancel at any time before renewal from your account settings or via your Paddle receipt. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of an unwanted renewal without significant usage in the new period, we will refund it as a courtesy.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are covered by the same 14-day guarantee from the initial purchase date. After 14 days, annual plans are not refundable on a pro-rata basis, but you can cancel renewal at any time.
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violations of our Terms of Service.
