These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CrawlX (“CrawlX”, “we”, “us”), an AI-powered SEO crawling and audit service available at https://crawlx.ai. CrawlX is operated by Ahmed Viquas, a sole proprietor based in Hunsur, Karnataka, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CrawlX crawls websites you specify, analyzes them for technical SEO issues, and generates reports and AI-assisted recommendations. The service is provided on a subscription basis. Features, crawl limits, and plan inclusions are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use CrawlX.

3. Acceptable use

You may only crawl websites that you own or are authorized to crawl. You agree not to use CrawlX to: violate any law or third-party rights; circumvent access controls or robots directives on sites you do not control; overload or disrupt third-party infrastructure; resell the service without our written consent; or attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the CrawlX platform.

4. Payments and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices may include applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), which Paddle calculates and collects based on your location.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, available at https://crawlx.ai/refund.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the URLs, configurations, and content you submit. We use crawl data solely to provide the service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://crawlx.ai/privacy.

7. AI-generated output

CrawlX uses large language models to generate recommendations. AI-generated output may contain errors and is provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before acting on them.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mysuru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
