What this means

Template or draft filler is still present on this page: "lorem ipsum" anywhere in the copy, or a CMS default such as "Untitled", "Page title", "Your title here" or "Add description" left in the title, description or H1. Whatever it was standing in for was never written, so this page is shipping unfinished content to searchers — and, if the placeholder sits in the title or description, into the search result itself.

How to fix it

Replace the placeholder with the real copy. If the page genuinely is not ready to be seen, noindex it or return a 404 until it is, rather than leaving the filler indexable.
